Landscaping becomes an integral part of the architectural concept, shaping an open urban space around the complex. Between the office tower and the retail gallery, a pedestrian area unfolds with relaxation zones, greenery, and a variety of usage scenarios.
Panoramic glazing on the ground floors strengthens the connection between interiors and the surrounding environment, while the landscaping extends the building's architecture to the human scale.
The landscape concept is based on the imagery of ripples on water, which is developed through the paving pattern, the geometry of landscaping elements, and the overall plasticity of the space. The contrast between dark paving and light planting emphasizes the graphic quality of the architecture while softening the business-like character of the complex.
Special attention is given to the scale of the space, pedestrian comfort, and a variety of leisure scenarios. Fixed and mobile furniture allows the area to be used in different ways throughout the day, while the planting scheme creates more intimate zones within the open space.
