Design of the facade

The facade is composed of simple geometric shapes—capsules, circles, and slanted cutouts—that come together to form a distinctive pattern. Because the openings vary in size and angle, the pattern never repeats itself along the entire perimeter of the building and is clearly visible from a distance.

Facade and Materials

The finishes are limited to 5 types: stained-glass windows (double-pane insulated glass units, aluminum frames in RAL 9004), facade plaster (RAL 9010), terrazzo facade panels, ventilation sashes (RAL 9004), and fixed glazing (RAL 9004). The length of the north and south facades is 67.3 m, and that of the west and east facades is 46.9 m.

Landscaping

The green space covers an area of 0.3526 hectares, with 86 large plants (72 deciduous and 14 coniferous) planted. The area is divided into zones: playgrounds for four age groups (3–4, 4–5, 5–6, and 6–7 years old), a sports field, a ceremonial plaza, a relaxation area for adults, and a creative corner.
