Nikolay Faneev

Graduated from the Architecture Faculty of State University of Land Management. Began his career at IND in 2015 as an architect, progressively advancing through all career levels—architect, lead architect, chief architect, project group leader.

Nikolay is the author of landmark projects such as: Bolshevik apartment complex, innovative school in Dubai, school and student campus in Burabay (Kazakhstan), water tower reconstruction concept in Shcherbinka, and others.
His projects have won major Russian and international awards including BuildSchool, A+Architizer, UDAD Awards and BLT Awards, WAF (shortlist).

Nikolay is an AI ambassador, expert in applying artificial intelligence and neural networks to architectural practice. Author of the educational course "AI in Architecture: From Idea to Concept" on STEMPS educational platform for architects and creative industry professionals.

Actively lectures to various audiences—from leading professional universities in Russia and abroad to major business forums dedicated to architecture, development, urban planning, and urbanism.
