Rhythm of Water

The landscaping concept is based on the changing states of water: calm surface, gentle ripples, waves, and splashes. This imagery unfolds through a combination of straight lines and smooth curves, continuing the architectural logic of the building—its regular grid and arched forms.

A unified form-making principle ties together the paving pattern, planting outlines, and the geometry of street furniture. Restrained, elongated lines gradually transition into more dynamic curves, shaping spaces of different character: from intimate spots for quiet relaxation by the water to lively areas for gatherings, socializing, and active recreation.

Small offshoots from the walking route create rest areas with views of the water. Here, employees and visitors of the business center can take a break during the workday or connect with colleagues surrounded by greenery.

A bespoke collection of small architectural forms

The street furniture pieces share a unified visual language rooted in the transformation of a line. Drawn from the facade grid, the line smooths out, bends, ripples in waves, or comes to rest — depending on the functional zone.

Each piece extends the building's architecture while serving its own purpose.

The project's integrity lies in a unified visual language, from the facade to the bench.

The integrity of the place is built on continuity: the landscaping forms emerge from the facade line and extend it onto the ground. Hence the recognizability and the calm connection between architecture and people.
