Design concept
The landscaping of the business center creates a unified public space designed for the center's employees and visitors, as well as residents of the surrounding development. The site is organized as a system of spaces with varying levels of activity.
Transit routes are complemented by rest areas, a walking promenade, an event plaza, an amphitheater, a pergola with swings, and outdoor café zones. This zoning approach separates the main pedestrian flows while maintaining the site's connectivity, making it part of everyday urban routes.
The green framework becomes the central element. Existing and new plantings are combined into a multi-tiered system of large trees, shrubs, groundcover plants, meadow perennials, and ornamental grasses.
The plant assortment includes pines, maples, rowans, lindens, apple trees, and bird cherry, while the understory is formed by resilient shrubs and perennial compositions. Various planting types create a shift in spatial character — from more open public zones to intimate areas.
The event plaza with a feature tree can serve as both an everyday relaxation area and a venue for small-scale events. Along the facades, zones for cafés and employee recreation are provided. The promenade on the residential side becomes an independent walking route, separated from the business section of the complex by green plantings.
Landscaping materials are kept in a restrained palette: granite paving, concrete, and wood in street furniture support the contemporary character of the architecture. In the evening, the space is enhanced by multi-level lighting — functional light along the pathways, local accent lighting for plants, flower beds, the pergola, and the amphitheater steps.
