Marina Pinchuk

Marina Pinchuk — head of the interior design project groups. Marina works as a GAP (General Architect Project), develops and verifies documentation, and trains new employees, passing on the experience gained over more than ten years at IND.

Marina graduated from MARHI (Moscow Architectural Institute). Her path to the profession was paved by her father, a construction engineer.

The SIBUR projects became Marina’s true professional school. It was there that the culture of rapid and systematic design—templates, libraries of families, and ready-made solutions—took root in the team.

At IND, Marina arrived unable to work in Revit. Today, she herself trains new employees and refines the tools that make design faster and more precise. For Marina, meeting commitments and documentation quality are priorities—this has become the de facto standard for the entire interior design department.

For the past five years, Marina has been learning to play the Japanese shamisen, samisen, and performs with her ensemble. By day, she designs; on weekends, you can find her on stage at a Japanese festival.
