Ksenia Shilkova

Graduated from Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts and Industry and MARCH Architectural School.

At IND since 2019. Became one of the first architects to join the city master planning team. Her projects have successfully participated and won in Russian and international competitions.

Ksenia worked on the master plan for Derbent, which has been partially implemented. In 2021, the Ecopolis master plan in Sakhalin, developed by Ksenia, won an international competition to create Russia's first carbon-neutral city. Implementation of Ecopolis was recently announced, scheduled to run until 2035.

Her portfolio includes master plans for Almetyevsk, Yakutsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Korsakov, Nazarovo, as well as projects for: comprehensive development of New Sheregesh resort area (Kuzbass), revitalization of Oleniy Nature Park in Lipetsk region (first place in international competition), industrial center territory development in Canada, tourist zone in Uzbekistan, and new residential district in Kazakhstan.

Ksenia regularly speaks at leading industry forums in Russia and abroad. Author of an educational course on master planning on the STEMPS online educational platform.
