The complex borders closely with the middle-rise residential buildings and the railroad. We preserve the well-established microclimate of the area and neatly fit the volume of the future complex in the existing buildings. Bright, individual, recognizable, and self-sufficient volumes naturally blend into the fabric of the city, and become an integral part of it.

The main facade material is glass, as it meets the spirit of the time and the functional purpose of the buildings, makes them light and minimalistic, actively interacts with the environment, reflecting the existing buildings. So, on the one hand, the buildings are integrated into the environment and become part of it, and on the other hand, they enter into a dialogue with their surroundings and people. But what makes the complex really unique is what is usually hidden in the construction of business centers – the construction.

The volume of the building is wrapped in a zigzag reinforced concrete shell, which replaces the load-bearing columns on the typical floor. The shell flows into the open columns in the plane of the first floor. The formed frame is clad in glass and is not perceived literally, it creates a light and fleeting image, as if covered by a shroud of morning mist.

The first floor is buried, the colonnade within the boundaries of the first floor forms a bypass gallery on the perimeter of the buildings, creating a natural canopy over the entrances. Thus, the structure dictates the architectural image, becoming the central idea of the project. The buildings are united by the unique plasticity of their volumes. The glass blocks are as if cut at an angle, forming a dynamic at the level of the city. The silhouette also works at the level of the human eye, creating a living image, which interacts with the viewer, encourages him to dialogue and changes depending on the point of perception of the object.
