Buildings in the depths of the territories are also provided with beautiful natural views thanks to the green river – an improvement concept that also determined the location of the facades. The new green river flows through all 5 building plots, forming an integral structure of the entire complex and forming a natural environment inside the courtyards. Zones of active children’s entertainment are concentrated along the “river”, which are inextricably linked with landscape design and flow from one zone to another. Lovers of a quiet rest among the greenery will also find quiet corners that adjoin a stormy children’s river.
