The basis of the composition of STONE Dmitrovskaya business center is a tower with a clean geometry and dynamic facade. The lower levels of the building with a spacious lobby and panoramic glazing create the effect of openness and integration of the object with the urban environment. The complex includes two volumes – a 23-storey office tower with two-level underground parking and a shopping gallery. The project has an important city-forming function – it will become a transitional point between modern high-rise residential complexes and low-rise development of Timiryazevsky district.

The architectural solution of the facade – grouping three floors into one module – gives the monolithic image status and sophistication. Thanks to the study of the needs of future residents, the building was able to form the most efficient offices. The project also includes a landscaped pedestrian boulevard located between the BC and the retail gallery, which will become a point of attraction for the entire neighborhood.
