The concept of the Residential Complex in the center of Moscow is inspired by the image of historical Moscow in a modern reading. The shape of the buildings makes it possible to create an individual visual image of the complex and maximize the use of the usable area.

The site is located on the border of the oldest part of the capital, where the historic structure of the city has been preserved, characterised by its natural-uniform street geometry and human-scale development. The residential complex fits harmoniously into the fabric of the city, its unique architecture and thoughtful amenities offer opportunities for luxurious living in the heart of the capital.

The location of the residential blocks provides the best views for each building and forms a comfortable neighborhood with a private courtyard. The bevels of the volumes of the last floors make the buildings more co-scale and the silhouette more expressive; they form comfortable terraces and open up additional views to the apartments. The side blocks are rotated to create a natural, linear composition. The height of the south block is lowered to meet the height restriction.

Sculptural and tactile facades form a geometric grid of window openings. The materials of the facade are hand-formed transom bricks, natural stone panels, brass, and glass. The unique character of the facades is emphasized by the expressive details and the complex brickwork. The shaping of the facades is inspired by the objects created by the masters of the Silver Court — also a reference to the history of the place.

Geometric Park, a park with alleys and flower beds, is an interpretation of a curdor, a front courtyard inside a manor ensemble. Trimmed shrubs form entrances and semi-enclosed green areas for residents to relax. The forest in the courtyard is a wild park in the most remote area of the site from active transit. In the shade of tall trees — walking paths, park benches and tables.
