The project had a difficult task: to create a new brand book for the whole company and develop a design that would also represent its new product — the KION streaming service, one of the most creative divisions.

The new MTS office is a renovated space with a free layout and plenty of spaces for collaborations. The company has been on the market for a long time, so the space it occupies needed reconstruction and a change in the format of workspace organization.

For MTS employees, the office is their second home, where they spend most of the day, so the new space has so many details typical of residential interiors: shelves of books, an abundance of plants, floor lamps and soft cozy furniture. However, despite the cozy atmosphere, the office is functionally adapted for modern use by teams and sets up for productivity. To create the right atmosphere, all areas of the collaboration are finished with wood, which complements a large amount of soft bright furniture.MTS has a strong connection to Moscow, which is why the stylistic solutions are inspired by the Russian avant-garde. The ornamentation of the main flooring combined with splashes of bright colors refers to the avant-garde style, and modernism is emphasized by a central core with rounded corners and an overhanging plasterboard cornice. Neon inscriptions and shaped acoustic panels, the color of which changes from floor to floor, add freshness and modernity.

The main space challenge was to create a central core — a communication hub accessible to all the workers in the open workspace, who are arranged in the form of small islands along the glazing. It was necessary in order to unite the teams, as well as to create an inspiring atmosphere for working on creativity. The hierarchy in the company is still in place, despite the progressive character of the area: management representatives have separate offices of different formats, which depend on the level, and team leaders have a dedicated space in the open workspace. At the same time, the common areas are for the most part collaborative and open – there are many seating areas, open meeting rooms, and areas for sharing books.
