The residential complex project is inspired by the culture and natural conditions of the country. Its creation required maximum immersion in the history and national identity of Uzbekistan.
The conceptual foundation of the project is an intra-block promenade. It is a tribute to the traditional Uzbek way of life, in which the role of an internal landscaped courtyard is very important. We made such a courtyard public, saturating it with social and commercial functions. And to prevent its noise from disturbing the residents of the complex, we designed pergolas separating the pedestrian shopping alley from the residential area on the upper floors. The pergolas are covered with grapes – a reference to the fact that houses in Uzbekistan are traditionally decorated with vines. It gives coziness, protects from the heat and simply looks beautiful.
