Founder, Chief Architect

Amir Idiatullin, founder, CEO, and chief architect of IND studio, member of the Union of Architects of Russia, member of ISOCARP (International Society of City and Regional Planners).

In 2008, at age 26, he founded IND. Today the studio ranks among Russia's TOP-30 architectural firms according to Forbes Russia. The team comprises 300+ professionals across disciplines, enabling full-cycle projects of any complexity. IND's headquarters is in Moscow, with offices in St. Petersburg, Tashkent, and Dubai.

Beyond strategic management and leading architectural design, Amir engages in expert work promoting contemporary architecture, innovative education, Industry 4.0, and the creative economy. His approach combines urbanism, knowledge economy, and social engineering, transforming architecture into a tool for future development. He focuses on mixed-use public buildings, creative clusters, educational facilities, light industrial projects, and master plans and development strategies for cities and territories in Russia and abroad.

Amir is a laureate of numerous prestigious awards, including the 2024 Moscow Architecture Prize for GUSTAV technology park and World Architecture Festival 2024 in The Best Future Culture Project category for a creative cluster in Riyadh. In 2025, he joined the juries of WAF (USA) and BLT Awards (Switzerland), enabling development of international expertise and strengthening ties with the global architecture community.

He actively contributes to professional education through lectures and university collaborations, launching the STEMPS educational platform in 2024. That same year, he began hosting the IND Podcast, discussing architecture, urbanism, development, and economics with leading industry experts.
